Dr. John Zachariah Hall, II, graduated from NC State University summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in the honors and scholars program with a double degree in biochemistry and zoology.  In 2003, he graduated from the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Medicine.  Dr. Hall completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Moses Cone Hospital in June 2006.  Since then, he has been a practicing Internist in his hometown, Reidsville, NC.  When he is not doctoring, he is busy parenting his three children, ages 1, 3, and 5.

The Practice

Zack Hall, MD PLLC, is a single-physician practice with a charming small-town atmosphere in the heart of downtown Reidsville.  Dr. Hall is famous for his warm bedside manner and his comedic antics.  However, he is quite serious about solving problems and keeping his patients healthy.  His compassionate nature is a gift he uses not only in the office but also in his work as medical director of Hospice of Rockingham County. He cares for his patients at the Hospice Home in Wentworth, NC, on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons each week, so the office hours are shortened on those days.

The practice takes full advantage of the latest in computer technology by using Apple iMacs, MacBooks, and iPads. The electronic medical records system, MacPractice, has brought a new experience to Doctor Hall's patients by allowing them to view parts of their health records. Prospective patients may register online, sending their information directly to the office through MacPractice.  And, requesting an appointment is as simple as an email in this progressive program.
